Electrical and Power Networks:
The electric power network shall include Medium Voltage (22KV) distributor, switchgear stations, Medium Voltage cable networks and (22KV/380V) Transformer substations.

Main MV distributor stations shall convey power through MV cable loops to the transformer substations. Transformer substations shall be located at the boundaries of each of the sellable areas, except the small workshops area.

Low voltage cables (380V) shall extend to the boundaries of each of the workshops. The electric infrastructure works shall include these cables. Street lighting cabling and poles are also a part of the electric infrastructure works.

   
  Telecommunication Network:
The telecommunication infrastructure works shall include the main Telecommunication Cable network, distribution frames and cable manholes. Main distribution frames shall be connected to the public utility network via Multi-Core cables, which are not part of the Infra-structure cost. Telecommunication cables shall be terminated in a manhole adjacent to each sellable area boundary. This manhole represents the demarcation point of the Telephone network.
   
  Domestic Water Network:
The water infrastructure works shall include Booster Pump Station, water reservoirs, pipe networks and valve chambers. Public utility network shall supply water to main central reservoirs where pump station shall convey water at an adequate pressure through the project pipe network to the sellable areas. An isolating valve shall be installed at the boundaries of each of the sellable areas. This valve represents the limit of the infrastructure pipe network.
   
  Sewage Network:
The sewage infrastructure works shall include gravity drainage pipe lines and sewer manholes. The sewage network shall collect treated industrial sewage water from the different sellable areas. The collected water shall be conveyed to the public utility sewage network. Part of this shall be conveyed to a water treatment plant to provide the needed irrigation water.
   
  Fire Fighting Network:
The infrastructure works shall include a Central fire fighting pump station and fire fighting water distribution network. The FF station shall include diesel and electric pumps. The pipe network shall convey water through the pipe network to Street Fire hydrants.
   
  Natural Gas Network:
The infrastructure works shall include Natural gas network that is needed to supply gas to the different sellable areas. The natural gas infrastructure works shall include Main pressure reduction station together with pressure regulating valves and the necessary civil works.
