There will be a one-stop shop, which enables the
investors to handle building
permits, registrations and all the governmental
works in only one location.

Health Center: |

A medical clinic will be established where
health protection and first aid services will be
performed. |
Vocational Training Center:

A training center will be established where
workers will be trained by Turkish experts to
familiarize them with the technology in the
factories and increase their productivity.

Logistics Center:

An "intelligent" logistics center will be
established to help the investors to reserve
less space for warehouse in their parcels
and focus more on manufacturing, which will
reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Day Care Center: |

The day care center will accommodate 350

Security Center: |
|
Security of the premises and employees' safety
is a top priority issue.
The evaluation and maintenance of security
features; procedures for emergencies such as
fire, power failure as well as on-site traffic
control will be coordinated from the Security
Center. |
Utility Management and General Maintenance
and Repairs: |

Maintaining the value of the Park will require
constant evaluation of its grounds keeping;
maintenance and repair of the roads, parking
lots, signage and lighting; cleaning; management
and maintenance of building systems (electrical,
plumbing, communications); and general repairs
and maintenance. |
Conference Halls: |

A total of 1,000 sqm area will be reserved as
conference halls. |
Building Services: |
|
As investors are contractually responsible for
the operation and maintenance of their premises,
various building services such as mechanical
help, daily cleaning, or constructional issues
will be available at competitive rates |
Restaurant and Coffee Shops: |
|
An area of 2.300
sq m will be provided to the investors in the
ground floor including a kitchen, cafeteria,
restaurant and a coffee shop. |
Gas Station: |
|
A gas station will be settled in the park near
the truck garage. |
Police Station, Fire Station and Post Office:
|
|
The necessary space will be provided for these
public services in the administrative
and service building |
Important Notes

The plots are for industrial usage.
- Footprint in the plot : max %65, min % 40 of
total plot area;%25 is accepted to start
operation.
- Construction has to start within 9 months; two
years are allowed for minimun %25 construction
and applying for operation license.
- Transfer of the title is bound with operation
license, minimum %40 build up area and
total payment of the land value.
- Maximum height is 15m. |
